Completely incompetent! How can they have been my accountant for 2 years and now claim not to know i received two PPP loans? I've communicated with them about it dozens of times. They act like they've never heard of it. What a waste of money!

Brent and the team have been amazing to work with. They are so knowledgeable, and professional. They reviewed a return that I almost submitted which was prepared by another company, and they were able to show where I was due a return rather than an additional heavy tax bill. I have been very impressed with how good these guys are and how on top of it they are. I had a bad experience with a few other firms I worked with and was hesitant to try them and they exceeded my expectations! They have earned my business for life and I will be referring everyone I know. They made this painful process of tax season painless for me. ***UPDATE*** I am still using Bement & Company and am very impressed with how good and quick they are at everything.

They are on top of things and I like how they are very current with technology. Some I worked with in the past would have me email all the documents and things to them and everything was done through email and I had to go through long strings of emails to find things when I needed it. Not with Bement & Company, they have an online portal that you can upload and download the documents you need or have online.

It is so nice, especially when I was applying for the PPP loan and couldn't find some of my documents. I feel way more confident in my tax filings and things with Bement & Company and refer people to them all the time because it has relived one of my biggest headaches with owning a business, which is taxes and tax planning.

I had a great experience doing my taxes with Brent at Bement & Company this year. The reception staff was very courteous, I loved the online portal so I can upload all my documents before my appointment and my tax return is available whenever I need it. They also have weekend and evening appointments that fit my work schedule which was such a great added bonus.

These guys were honest and fair and extremely knowledgeable in their field. There are so many out there that would not care enough to enable your success through bringing the best out come through your accounting and tax needs. Not these guys. These guys have your best interest in mind.
