I am very surprised by the lack of professionalism I experienced this morning from this company and Kitty (?). I had planned on a phone meeting this morning, however I had a family emergency come up and honestly forgot about everything else I had planned for today - as you would expect with any family emergency. Attached are photos of the text messages as well as the missed calls. I am very shocked at her responses to me as well as the lack of understanding.
