I worked with Joe Donelon for over 15 years and recently he has made countless mistakes that have cost me over $500 and has been 100% unwilling to help resolve the issues. His payroll service did not submit my 3rd Q taxes correctly and when he finally realized it was his fault he still did nothing to help. On 2/10/2019 I asked to switch an employee bank account and instead he changed my business account from which I deduct payroll.
Instead of admitting his mistake and simply fixing it he demanded I pay $50 to reinstate it. I refused and he dropped me as a client without notice. He cut off all access to my account and I am unable to process payroll or access any reports. DO NOT USE EZ PAYCHEK OF EDEN PRAIRIE OR JOE DONELON, CPA
