I was told the work I needed could be done in a couple of weeks. It's my error for not getting a date in writing. When I followed up, I was told it would be even longer. They did not reach out to me to share the new completion date, I had to follow-up with them. I shared that their date was too late, so I didn't need their services. I took my online files back. Apparently, they had already downloaded my records, and they did the work anyway (completing it a month passed the deadline), and I was on the hook for almost $300 for nothing.

If you use them, I recommend in-person only (because once they have your documents online, it obviously doesn't matter if you cancel, and it doesn't matter if they meet deadlines).
