My wife and I began working with Brent Bracht, CPA after we moved to Fort Wayne in late 2019. We moved from California and were faced with preparation of two state plus federal returns, plus the complications of a relocation. A good CPA is an advisor who looks to help minimize tax consequences and help your business profitability. SBS is not a good business partner. I worked with SBS for a number of years, and was overcharged continuously and paid far too much in both taxes and accounting fees. They will bill you for busy work, and fight you on your legitimate deductions. They even went so far as to change expenses into income costing me tax dollars. I wouldn't recommend them for any reason.
