Guilmartin, DiPiro & Sokolowski, LLC offers a variety of services specifically designed for the legal community. The basis for providing specialized services to law firms is the recognition of the natural alliance which exists between the legal and accounting professions. Our clients in the legal profession include medium-sized and smaller law firms, as well as sole practitioners and attorneys seeking litigation support, law firm management services and estate, gift and trust services.
Guilmartin, DiPiro & Sokolowski, LLC was founded in 1972 by Welles R. Guilmartin. In the years that followed, six additional partners were appointed: Michael J. DiPiro in 1985, Michael A. Sokolowski in 1994, Teresa J. Opalacz in 2010, Christopher B. Conley and Rick W. Morin in 2012, Thomas E. Goundrey in 2015, and Michael Kovaleski in 2017.

This firm is top notch. I have been using them for 8 years now and usually deal with Chris. In my opinion they could not be more professional and knowledgable. I will continue to use them for many more years. They always have my taxes done on time and they explain everything in detail. I could not be happier with them.

I received a surprise in the mail: Guilmartin, DiPiro & Sokolowski, LLC sent me an invoice for $575 for "Bookkeeping and client meetings" during March of 2019. However, we only had a preliminary conversation on February 11th 2019 that lasted for 1 hour - which I understood to be complementary; they said they would explain a billing structure on our first followup appointment. I tried making said followup appointment but wasn't met with timely responses, so I chose to take my business elsewhere.
