As a small business owner, Ellis BLB has been a major asset to my team of professionals I can call on. I have recommended them to many friends and family and would not hesitate to in the future. Thanks for the great customer service and attention to detail.

Had them do some work and then they became unresponsive on questions regarding the work we paid them for. Greg is a sharp guys and good at what he does personally; however, it gets lost downstream with the staff. Being tossed around between temp employees to manage our business accounting was not productive at all. For your business, I would keep looking for a more responsive and polished tax accounting pro.

Normally I would prefer to meet in person and they were unable to due to COVID-19. Which I understand, they charge a lot for not doing a lot. I will never use them in the future and felt like I had to manage them. I have used a CPA for the last 15 years and all were more attentive than Ellis Bottom Line Bookkepping. They even made errors that costed me $1400! Worst service ever and wish I could give them a zero star rating.

Greg and Kate at Ellis are epic! These two accountants are excellent with communication, diligence, and persistence. They have consistently gone over and above to help me--I have two businesses so my taxes are more complex than if I were employed--and these two keep me on track all year long. They are also authentic and have encouraged me to take actions that resulted in me opening my second business, which is thriving.

I read one of the negative reviews from a few years back and, although I sense that Greg is very busy in his firm, I have never felt as if he didn't want to work with me even though I am certainly not wealthy. I have had to remind him 2-3 times over the years to follow up on something he forgot, meaning he had not gotten back to me. Yes, this firm charges higher prices than comparable firms but not as much as the CPA I was using.

I would highly recommend Ellis Bottom Line Bookkeeping.
