The worst business experience I've ever had. I was recently fired as a client because they filed 3 separate Offer and Compromise on my behalf. They we're done incorrectly by BS&T. After nine weeks of begging for a return phone call they ignored me and fired my company. I will be filing complaints with the state of Michigan. The first OIC was pencil whipped rite in his office with me sitting there.
He charged me $1400 for 20 minutes of work and it was returned by the IRS because they did my 2014 taxes in correctly as well. they did the 2014 taxes for a 2nd time and charged me again. I wouldn't trust them with a paperboys taxes.
