I used this firm to do an estate tax return. They told me I had until November 28 to file the return. So I rushed around, drove from VA to NJ to get them the paperwork. They processed return and then told me in writing that it wasn't due til April 15 2019. Their was literally one number on the return and I owed nothing to the fed and state gov't. They charged me 750.00.
I called and asked why the fees were so high and Tom's answer was "they have to pay for the software". They also failed to disclose their fees. What a rip off. I offered 300 and they told me, 750. This may be a court case.
