Edited on 3/22/22: Moving from 1 to 4 stars. The CEO reached out to both apologize, and rectify the issue. While I am not impressed with the original issue - I am very impressed with the response taken to address my concern. For the CEO to care about things like this - that alone makes me feel this is the type of company you would want to work with. Issue: This company has been sending me multiple bills.

I have never used their services. I have contacted them on 4 separate occasions over the last 12 months about this, and each time they have promised to correct the issue. I am now forced to handle this matter publicly through google reviews and the BBB.

I have worked professionally with the accountants at Wilke & Associates for over a decade and have always been impressed with their depth of knowledge, professionalism, and client-centric approach. We received a bid from Wilke to do our accounting. Wilke had all necessary documents before the bid. Our invoice was FOUR times higher than the bid. Wilke never called us about the overruns, just sent a bill. Furthermore, they asked for an IRS extension without asking us for permission. Then they made an error in their work which cost an IRS penalty. Highly recommend finding another firm.
