Melody Jin has the worst service ever, send over the documents for over 3 months, NO WORK at all, was told many times let us wait, ONLY one month left for the tax return submission, NOT ANSWER the cellphone, and Steven Wei, is the boss, NO RESPONSE, called them, was told HIS already not at his office. WHY do they do business if they don't want to work? Be careful to choose this company if you really need help with your tax parts

Mr. Steve Wei took the time to go over documents with us and help us sort through what liabilities and deductions we had based on our current situation. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I saw people had issues with customer service - I can't always reach them by phone easily, and the business model has room for improvement - but with a little patience they do return calls. Busy small business. My dad has been using them for years. Only caveat is I have used them for simple straightforward matters. I cannot assess more complicated tax issues.

Make it a 4.75. i have yet to find the accountant who will also clean my house Alice Yong, the owner, has been my accountant since forever. Why do I keep her? because she's not only super smart, keeps a great work relationship, but also works her best to give you the best for your buck an example of her awesomeness: I spent one year abroad in Taiwan.
One year is a long time and finances, taxes and all that mish mash can get pretty tangled in that period of time. What does Alice and her co-workers do? They keep on dot detailed on info they need and updates on whats up through email and long distance calling if necessary. They fax, wait and work with me and my time constraints-EVEN with the 12 hour time difference this lady knows tax rules and law better than the back of her own hand. i trust her with my money! 'nuff said
