If you are looking for a CPA I recommend Amin! He is highly organized, responsive to questions, genuinely welcoming and professional. He was able to prepare my taxes for a few years when I was a part time resident in CA and IL. He is knowledgeable and provides answers to inquiries usually within 60 mins. I recently relocated to southern California and decided to remain with Amin since his tax organizer is easy to use and he can do things electronically without any challenges. Thank you Amin!

This is long over due! A few important things you need in life: Family, Friends, Health, and an excellent CPA! In a nutshell, I started a business in 2008 and needed a CPA. There wasn't much recommendations back then and did some consultations here and there. I made the decision to get Amin on board for my business/personal taxes. Amin is always available to answer my questions via email, file those last minute tax extensions if I'm a in a crunch, but most importantly the detail work into my taxes. Thank you Amin for years of great work!

Amin has been preparing my taxes for just over 5 years. Before Amin, I had my taxes prepared by another individual and went through an IRS tax audit - it was an experience. I ended up paying just over $7K (owed taxes + penalties). After this I looked for a CPA who was highly recommended and found Amin. He had a 5 star review and I contacted him - by phone, he answered my questions and I have never regretted my choice.

He is professional, polite and genuinely welcoming. He is highly responsive to email and communication. He provides clear directions and instructions and is always there to provide clarification when there are questions. I have since re-located to southern california but decided to remain with Amin. We've had Amin for several years, and sadly had to change to a new service due to life changes. In that time, Amin has been a wonderful, stoic, reliable source for tax preparation and advice. There are many reasons why Amin has 5 star ratings.bottom line: He knows taxes inside and out and is very knowledgeable. The short to-the-point- review: If you have taxes, you need Amin. If you have complicated taxes, you really need Amin. The long story: This is the third year Amin has prepared our taxes. We went back to him this year after trying someone else last year, and realizing we made a big mistake by going elsewhere.

After trying someone else we realized how much Amin knows his stuff. Not only did he find errors on our taxes last year, but he's also fast and knows exactly what info he needs to get the job done. We left because I wanted to try someone cheaper and more personable. but after we were in too deep, it was clear we made a mistake. Personally, doing taxes are like pulling teeth for me.

I hate all the compilation of data and crunching numbers. But, when you go to Amin year after year, it gets easier because he has all your history and you just need to fill out a questionnaire with some of his software. He knows how to handle the complicated stuff too, capital gains, stock/options, rentals, business stuff, etc. And on top of that, he's fast.

The last place we took our taxes, it took over a month to do. With Amin, he usually gets our stuff settled in about a week or so. which means we can file earlier. So, if you're looking for someone, go no further than Amin. Don't expect someone who's going to sit down and listen to your life story, but DO expect someone who can handle all your taxes and questions quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Amin to do your taxes, and if you're reading this review, then you probably need someone now. So, give him a call.

I have been using Amin for several years now for our taxes. I can not say enough good things about him! The first year we used him he found that our previous accountant made enourmous errors and was able to correct the mistakes. His efforts resulted in our receiving a refund. When we began using Amin we lived 5 minutes away. Last year we moved but he is every minute worth the 30 minute plus drive! Thank you Amin! P.S. He is now practicing as a Realtor as well as an accountant. If we didn't own our home already I wouldn't hesitate to hire him.

I wish there was a way for me to put 10 stars here. As a business owner, I have to be very organized and detail oriented. Therefore, it is important for me to work with people who share those same attributes. I have worked with multiple CPAs, but none have been like Amin. This is the first year that I began working with him, and I will never work with anyone else.

He is an absolute professional in his field and it shows in his work. He is one of the friendliest and kindest people I've met and always gives the best suggestions on how things can be better. I've enjoyed this experience and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

I highly recommend Amin if you are looking for a professional, patient, and knowledgeable person to prepare your taxes. My situation is somewhat unique - last year my return had some complexities regarding a house and rental sale, along with other complex matters. Although Amin was fully booked and was swamped with tax returns, he offered to help me even though I approached him for help shortly before the tax deadline.

At the end of the day, Amin was able to submit my return on time - thx again Amin! Needless to say, I've asked Amin to help with my taxes again this year. While I haven't had to account for stock options in my return, I understand that Amin also has expertise with stock options after having spent years in Silicon Valley. Also, I hope to purchase a house in the bay area (someday) and have bounced ideas off Amin and he's provided sound advice and I hope to use his real estate services as well.

We started using Amin about 3 years ago. He's a no-nonsense guy. I'm pretty organized with my taxes (I think) and he takes my paperwork and gets it done on time (early). He gave my husband good advice on some consulting he did and also for an IRA. Very efficient! Would recommend Responsive and professional I found him in Yelp too!

Amin has been handling our taxes for many years. He's always meticulous and careful, sure to explain his actions. He's also very patient when we ask him questions about how new businesses and investments will affect our taxes. Amin is always clear and precise with his answers; he does an excellent and thorough job. I instantly feel at ease after leaving his office.

As someone who recently started a business, I find tax season to be stressful. Amin clearly lays out everything that needs to be done and takes good care of us. I highly recommend him.

The TL;DR version: via first contact from this business-over the phone, Amin, or a person with a thick accent demanded to know why I didn't do something over 11 years ago. Pretty straight forward review on my experience over the phone with this company. I left a message which Amin replied with a phone call back a few hours later. I explained a back tax issue I had recently became aware of from 2005.

Rather than say, "yes I can help" "are you free to come in?" or, "I have experience with that, " I got asked instead, "well why didn't you pay them?" I said excuse me? (I said this because I am of sound mind and am well aware that despite my negligence of something I was not aware of until recently, I don't see how a seemingly successful person would go out of their way to come off like an arrogant, rude, unprofessional fool) Amin repeated himself, "I said WHY. DIDNT. YOU. JUST. PAY. IT? THE TAXES FROM 2005?" I hung up. I'm a grown man; I'm not 6 years old.

I answer to nobody with such a lack of respect. Maybe this is how you do business but I'll take my business elsewhere. To the whiny reviews crying about my year of back tax(lol), this is a clear indicator of yelp and the business endorsing fake reviews. Keep this in mind as to how this company does business.

Amin was immediate on dealing with a tax issue that has been reappearing since 2012, due to some shady business a company I used to work for somehow got me wrapped up in by mixing up my Social Security Number with their Employee Identification Number. I was getting notices stating I didn't claim $1.6 million. as owner of the company! I was never an owner, and on top of that, the company somehow resubmitted my W-2 from 2011 for 2012 (I no longer worked for that company in 2012) and I was getting dinged for their mistake. Needless to say, it was a mess.

I sent Amin an email and asked for assistance as soon as we were both available- he fit me in that same afternoon. He had me contact the IRS to get some more details, I told him what they said, and he knew exactly where the problem was stemming from. I gave him all the paperwork and he was able to amend my tax returns to send to the IRS the following day. Amin was amazing on his speedy follow-up. now I just have to wait for the outcome from the IRS, followed by the State Franchise Tax Board- wish me luck!

We found Amin after we had a crappy tax experience with our last CPA. Amin is professional and very knowledgeable. Amin is still my go-to guy for taxes. He's super great, responds quickly to emails and calls and there's no creeper vibes from him (yes, I have had this problem in the past). SUPER dependable, intelligent and fast!

I contacted Amin after my previous accountant disappeared- stopped answering calls and stopped responding to emails. I really cannot blame him since I did not get my P & L statement from my bookkeeper until April 1 (15 days before tax day). With 2 weeks left, I turned to yelp to find my knight in shining armor. I found just that in Amin. He was quick to respond to emails, charged a reasonable price, and definitely has the knowledge and expertise to properly handle complicated tax returns. I will use him again next year for sure.
