About Who we are and what we do Report

Our company specializes in accounting and tax preparation services for a wide variety of clients. Small business tax return preparation and filing instructions is a core service offered to our clients. Properly prepared small business Federal and State tax return can be filed to minimize the tax owed.

Non-Profit Organizations Report

Filing requirements and annual tax returns of the non-profit 501(c)3 organization is a recent addition to our service experience. For the past three years we have worked with several small organizations with their tax returns and record keeping.

Jan and Shawn were amazing and I highly recommend them I usually did my taxes online but this time it was complicated as I just sold a second home, making low profits of $40k in the process; additionally I only had $5k in other income that year. To my surprise the tax software I was using said my tax bill came out to $20K, which had me shocked to say the least.

I contacted a real estate agent, who is also my friend, to see if I could lower that amount in any way. He was not sure but he referred me to Shawn. Shawn was very professional and responsive; he had Jan, who is the accountant, work on my taxes and I don't know what she did but she got my tax bill down to nothing. And they did this all for a very reasonable fee. I will definitely use them again in the future!
