More then happy to have used this tax service. Called a couple of places after tax time. No one answered the phone, responded to the voicemail or email. Had a couple of years of taxes. Right from the start James was up front and honest. I had a question sent an email and the email was answerd right a way. I will be using this service next tax season.

Unprofessional. I called them and they told me to send in my tax documents to get things rolling and they didn't even call back. I eventually called them and they had no idea who I was. The Woman who I was talking with seemed distracted while speaking to me and stated she needed to speak with her colleagues to see if they had time to take new clients. Are you serious? No thanks I will contact real professionals who value people's time and sensitive information

They haven't finished our taxes and they have had them since this spring. They keep saying they'll get them done and they haven't. I call them and they don't return my calls. Will be contacting a lawyer. Don't waste your time with them.
