I had an issue after using Turbo Tax and was referred to De Pere Business Center by a friend. They did clean up the mess left by Turbo Tax and I did return for getting taxes returned. My issue is the price. Every year you go back and the price is higher and higher and higher. They just pull a number out of thin air every year for the cost of tax prep.
After it hit almost $100 last year, I'm out because I'm sure this year would be well over $100 and I'm just a single filing easy to handle guy. I also really don't care for how long it takes for the taxes to be filed after you sit and watch them be filled out. It takes weeks for someone to sit and just scan them into the government.
