I contacted Sprinkle to assist with finances with a new LLC, and was told someone would get back to me in a few days. After two weeks I called back assuming my information had been misplaced, and they weren't sure why I hadn't been contacted. They said it might be possible that they aren't taking new clients because tax season was approaching, and someone would call me back the next day.
That was five days ago and I still haven't heard back. I was initially excited to work with Sprinkle because they had fantastic reviews, so I was surprised at their poor customer service. If I can't trust a company to be organized enough to return phone calls, then I won't be trusting them with my finances.

We were charged over $200 for a "consultation" and when we decided we many not want her to complete and file our taxes, she would not respond to emails or phone calls and were told that if we wanted a copy of the portion of the taxes (not a completed return) she compiled during our $220 "consultation" that would be another $150. Shouldn't that have been included for the outrageous fee we already paid. Very Unprofessional. Oh and you also have to sign an agreement to pay pretty much whatever she says before she will do anything.
