Company was our Sage support for over 10 years, then COVID hit while our company was in the early stages of replacing an old payroll system and they ghosted us. Would not take any calls from us or answer emails for over 6 months. They really left us in a bind and we had to switch support companies. I thought the company had closed, but apparently not.
