Extremely helpful. Our company was in need of payroll and additional services and Otto Chase provides an extremely high quality service. If your company is some what organized and willing to learn how to set up your accounts this is the place to go.

Terrible service, and rude with ZERO listening skills. Will never do any business with this name. No thanks! Too bad Google doesn't have ZERO STARS because it is a more accurate reflection of Chase. Front desk receptionist was courteous though, but that's where the courtesy stops. Already found someone else who is more competent and knowledgeable, polite and knows how to deal with human beings (called customer service) to handle both my personal income and my company's going forward.

I've been working with Jenny since 2016. It was difficult finding a company to scale with me. My old bookkeeper just could not keep up with the amount of work and organization needed. Working with an agency was the right choice. Otto is a great numbers guy and Jenny is a very warm and caring accountant who likes things to be 100%. They've got a great team.

Mr. Chase is very personable and just as smart. He's not your stereotypical accountant and makes you feel at ease quickly. They have a great deal of experience and a lot of insight about the IRS. If you walk in with the weight of the world, and/or the IRS on your shoulders, you'll leave feeling like a different person. They know what to do and they can help. The office staff is also great. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
