Baker & Giles is a multifaceted public accounting and consulting firm. The firm originated in 1964 when Howard Baker and Merlin Giles decided to combine their practices. The ownership was transferred to Dan Boyd, Mark Morrissette, and Randy Shoop in the mid-1980's. Our staff is a dedicated group of individuals providing superior support to the owners and clients.
