This has been my third year using this place and this year only was not a good experience. The fee is more even though I feel he did less than years prior. Anthony told me directly face to face that it would take about 1 week to receive my refund, then followed by saying 2 weeks at the most. That was on February 13th, basically a month ago and I've received nothing. I also emailed him a question after our meeting and he never replied to my email. I will not be coming back here next year. Thumbs down!
