I wouldn't give this company one star. I was referred by a family member. I phone the office to ask Phil a preliminary question to make sure this was a good fit for our business. He interrupted me & insisted that I make an in person appointment. After considering the treatment on the phone, I called to cancel my appointment & once again was interrupted & spoken down to. I am sure if my husband had called he would have been treated differently. This man is a rude, misogynist who doesn't know the first thing about customer service.
