Great mask excellent value, headgear does not quite have the elasticity that l would like, but l got use to it after about an hour or so of using, the plastic end was a touch smaller than the rubber end of my hose so it was not a good fit, tad loose, l overcame this with a cable tie, doing it up just tight enough to form a secure fitting, all good,

Received my mask overnight. Very fast service. Its exactly as described. I do have one question about using the full face mask. I have noticed my events have increased. Last they where 30 per hour with the nose mask they where down to 1-2 per hour. Is this normal and if so will they settle with more use?

Great price, good product, very happy to have all 3 sizes so there was zero chance of ordering the wrong size.

I didn't realise that my CPAP Machine had been downgraded and the 'Built-in wireless data module' REMOVED and doesn't have WiF fitted as I expected it would! Therefore I cannot connect to the iCode technology 'App' or Internet to monitor my treatment. That's pretty disappointing actually! However freight only took 2 days from order as Australia Post delayed shipping by a day, so great delivery service!

Surely it's not worth disappointing customers with that surprise for the cost of the module? Others offer the same unit including the module for $1,139, including 5 years warranty and 3 choices of masks. Please send me the WiFi Module and my 5 Star Rating will follow as the service level was great
