Maria is the firm's Managing Partner responsible for guiding the growth and governance of the firm. She also manages the firm's client accounting services and assurance. Maria oversees the handling of regulatory and compliance matters arising from state, federal, and industry regulations. Jerry leads the firm's business valuation and litigation support practice and is co-chair of the firm's tax department. With 30+ years of CPA experience, Jerry brings a wealth of regulatory expertise, strategic insight, and practical knowledge to every engagement.
