We offer the "usual" services that a local accounting firm provides - such as tax planning and return preparation, related financial planning, general business services including consulting and preparation of financial statements, and assistance to internal accounting department personnel.
In addition, we have extensive experience performing financial investigations for all forms of litigation (such as shareholder suits, partnership dissolutions, divorce proceedings, fraud and embezzlement matters, insurance claims and the like); as well as investigating finances for matters of funds flow tracing and determining income.

Prior to that, Kal was a partner at another local accounting firm, and for the several years before leaving, was managing partner. During Kal's tenure with that firm, with considerable contribution from him, it grew from about 10 people to in excess of 55 personnel. During those years, Kal developed an expertise (nationally recognized) in investigative accounting and business valuation.
New Jersey Collaborative Law Group is an educational, not-for-profit association of collaborative professionals, serving the counties of Essex, Union, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Bergen, Passaic, and Sussex. NJCLG creates conditions conducive to divorce settlements obtained without resorting to often costly, sometimes demeaning litigation, which are equitable and amicable for both parties. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is the national, professional organization for all Certified Public Accountants.
Our office is located in downtown Somerville in a four-story modern brick office building at the intersection of Main and Grove Streets, diagonally opposite the Courthouse. Parking is sometimes available on the street, but there is a parking garage/deck adjoining our building and another one across the street.
I am not really sure where to start in thanking you for all you've done for me over the past few years. I did know that from the moment we first met, I felt safe with you and I knew I could trust you. I can't begin to express my gratitude for your patience, kindness and understanding with me. I know that this case was not an easy one, but you never made me feel that way.
