In 1983, Scott D. Shapiro left Price Waterhouse to join the company of Harvey Kaufman, CPA. Scott knew early in his career that he wanted to supply best quality tax and accounting services to tiny and medium-sized individuals and businesses. He believed the finest way to accomplish that aim was to join a tiny, local accounting company.
