The origins of McClure & Wolf, LLP date back to 1926 when Roscoe C. Tenney started an accounting practice in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, under the name of Tenney and Company. I cannot say enough about the expert advice, service and tax preparation we have received from Amanda at McClure & Wolf. In the past few years we have gone from a family of 4 with one working adult to a family of 4 with one adult employed outside of the home and one fully self employed -in one business, as well as a partnered in another business. We also have had to deal with purchasing insurance from the Marketplace.
This combination of employment is a nightmare for most. Amanda never dismissed us or our questions. She has always treated us with the utmost respect and never made us feel like anything but her most important client. We have tried other accountants in the area without the same results. Though I am sure there are others who could prepare our taxes for us, I do not know of any who will do it with as much respect, knowledge, professionalism or patience. Amanda promptly answers all phone calls and emails.
She is also proactive in regards to new tax laws and such that we need to prepare for differently than we may have in the past. I highly recommend McClure & Wolf, specifically Amanda for your accounting needs.

I have had JR Elias and McClure and Wolfe do my taxes and help me for years now. Before you judge understand that JR and friends have always saved me hundreds over turbotax or other product every single year. They really know their stuff. My taxes however are not al lthat basic so it goes pay to go to a pro. All I do is collect the documents, mail them and they send back a nice package with all my docs to sign and mail back.
It is incredibly professional. For the level of service I pay about $200 a told. Well worth every penny and they include my local taxes. Also JR has helped my family with tax planning through the years and everyone I have talked to has always been polite and helpful. I can't recomend this accounting firm highly enough.
