Sanville & Company provides audit and tax preparation services to long/short hedge funds and long only investment partnerships. The funds and partnerships range from a handful of partners up to ninety-nine partners with asset levels ranging from a couple of million dollars to over one-hundred million dollars.
In connection with the unique concerns and needs of investment advisors we are skilled in performing verifications in conformity with Global Investment Performance (GIPS) standards. Our PCAOB registration allows us to serve as the auditors for SEC registered investment advisors that have custody of client assets under SEC rules and require an annual surprise examination.
