Almost never in his office, so good luck even using him. Took months to file my taxes, because he didn't have a copy of my ID, but was never in his office to bring it to him. Had to stop by on more than 3 separate occasions. Then the icing on the cake, I filed with him because I had unemployment and had no idea how to go about filing it. Well now I'm being billed because this guy did it wrong.
When I called him he said "oh yeah you forgot to give me your 1099 form." Awesome, as if I didn't ask you if I had given you everything I needed. And you decide not to mention it until a year later when I get the bill.
