My wife and I have conducted business with this particular accountant's office for at least 9 years, and usually we deal with Mr. Roland, who we have never had a problem with nor has he ever showed us anything but professionalism. But, after a few years, Mr. Roland no longer does taxes, so he referred us to his business partner by the name of Mr. Fry.

Since we have been with Mr. Fry and he has done our taxes, his behavior on several occasions has been very unprofessional and he has given us the indication that quite concerns us, to question if he has issues with working for African-American people? As of today (3/3/2017), my wife received an email from Mr. Fry regarding our taxes along with questions he had pertaining to the documents he received, so she called him.

While my wife was speaking with Mr. Fry, I could not help but notice that he had a certain inappropriate tone with her, but knowing my wife, she was able to handle herself without my intervention. At the end of the day, Mr. Fry seemed a little too concerned with how much we donated to Goodwill and other important documents that we sent to him in order for him to file our taxes.

He continued to be rude to my wife, while my wife was answering his questions. What I will not stand for, is paying for a service while allowing a business to continue to think that in the process of providing us service, they can speak with myself or my wife in an unprofessional tone. Ultimately, my wife asked to speak with a manager, and there was no one at the immediate office (of course) as the receptionist stated "would speak with me." However, again, as we will take our business elsewhere (of course), what we would like people to know dealing with any business (especially this one) is because a business may provide a particular service for you, does not mean they can get away with talking to you however they feel (disrespectful).

In the end, there are so many other places (businesses) that are creditable and are willing to provide you the respect and not treat you badly because of the color of your skin. In today's society, that is so inappropriate and unacceptable. Only rated this business one star because it would not allow me to choose no star.
