I was trying to get pricing estimate for my business and the sales person name Pete Luce mocking my personal matter. Well, for that reason I stick my business with ADP. He lost 4 business accounts payroll.

We have always had customer service from GetPayroll. Employees must be happy as they are always friendly and willing to help when needed. I would recommend GetPayroll to any new small businesses for payroll services.

Some of the best people in the area that absolutely are the best at what they do. Charles is an absolute genius, and has a team behind him (oddly enough that are almost all named Chris) that will take care of you. We came from ADP and there were MILES of difference. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

My company's has used Get Payroll for the past several years. The employees at Get Payroll are helpful polite and a pleasure to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help anyway they can Thumbs up all the way!

We have been using GetPayroll for over 3 years and love their service! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always gets you an answer to even the simplest questions. GetPayroll has been my payroll partner for many years and the time they save me is well worth their monthly fee. Any time I have a problem they are just a phone call away and resolve my issue(s) immediately. I will never switch to another payroll processor and I will never go back to doing payroll in-house.

I have been using them for several years now. very happy and never had an issue in the entire time so i would definitely say check them out if your looking for a payroll company. their site is very user friendly which i am not so it does makes things easier for the non-techies.

Gave GetPayroll one because zero wasn't and option. GetPayroll got me penalized $2,057.90 in 2016. I was penalized by the IRS three times in 2016 for non-compliance with payroll tax deposit requirements. I was notified in 2015 that my deposit requirements would change for 2016. Every notice from the IRS was immediately sent to GetPayroll. Every warning that GetPayroll had not made the required changes was immediately sent to GetPayroll.

Despite 9 months worth of assurances GetPayroll never made the simple deposit change that the IRS was requiring. I was penalized for 3 out of four quarters in 2016 (the IRS gave me a free pass on the first quarter violation) and GetPayroll NEVER did anything to correct the situation. GetPayroll has operated under the name Payroll on a Budget in past years. Payroll on a Budget got me twice warned by the Texas Work Workforce Commission again because they simply were not doing their job.

The person who referred me to Payroll on a Budget and GetPayroll has also had trouble with the Texas Workforce Commission and has been penalized by the IRS. Take your payroll business anywhere else.

Get Payroll is just a rebranded name for Custom Payroll Associates aka Payroll on a Budget. They were late on my payroll taxes for all of 2016. I received penalties for all quarters. They only got 2 abated. I have been constantly contacting Mr. Read about continual notices all throughout 2017. Despite them claiming that if they can't get them abated they will pay the penalty. this is a LIE.

I have about $3000 in penalties due because they were LATE in filing. Mind you I ran payroll every 2 weeks and they took the money for payroll tax from me but they paid the IRS monthly when they should have been filing more frequently. I have just received another certified letter for notice to levy my property over an $1896.28 penalty. I'm going to pay it and take Mr.

Read to court. DO NOT USE THIS PAYROLL COMPANY! There have been more bad reviews but this company has gotten them removed some how. You do not want to trust that they will do it right and they absolutely LIE about paying penalties if they can't get them abated. They are also lying about only having one penalty that wasn't abated. That is absolutely untrue!
