I saw her this morning regarding a letter we received from the IRS. She explained things thoroughly & easy for me to understand. She corrected my mistakes & immediately faxed to the IRS. She & her staff are very nice. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the office. The office is part of an older house (which I love) & is nicely decorated. I highly recommend her. ----Kari Bakotich

If I could give 0 stars I would. Truthfully, the CPA herself may be brilliant but my husband and I never got that far. The office staff made such a muck of our appointment - by neglecting to actually put us in the calendar and having to reschedule and then having to reschedule a second time - by losing paperwork my husband and I had delivered to the office before the scheduled appointment -- by actually not seeming to even recall what paperwork that had already requested and received - that we never actually saw the CPA.
The most remarkable thing was when one of Hinds 'staff called my husband once and me twice at work, trying to recall what paperwork we had already given them. The second call to me was an office worker, named Christian, calling with the sole purpose of asking me to "beat" my husband when he came home from work because he had used the word "document" to describe paperwork he had delivered to the office, thus confusing Christian, who, evidently, did not realize that any piece of paper can be a document.
She'd been assuming he'd brought tax papers, though that isn't what the office had requested. She exhorted me at least four times in a five minute conversation to "beat" my husband on her behalf. We took our business elsewhere after realizing we could not trust this CPA if we could not rely on her staff.
