Sorry folks, any review advocating for these clowns is just obtuse pandering. Avoid this sideshow like a bad case of the gastrointestinal flu. We were desperate a few years ago and ended up using this guy and his squad of goons. They more or less refused to answer basic questions and dumped the entire workload on us and promptly "compiled" the package for submission.
The first year we assumed it was just a fluke that we were treated so poorly. That turned out to be grossly inaccurate as the second time around was equally as painful. Our first experience was and remains indicative of their abysmally bad service. In a nutshell, this guy is rude, punitive, intolerable and incompetent. We have since moved on and we will NEVER use them again - for anything EVER. No exceptions.
