In response to and in anticipation of clients' needs, Leonard Dopkins evolved his home office into Dopkins & Company, LLP - a full service, highly technical, and diversified accounting and consulting firm of approximately 140 people. Today, as one of the largest independently owned accounting firms in Western New York, our composition provides us with the necessary flexibility to meet staffing requirements of virtually any nature during the year.

We serve private and public companies, individuals, non-profits, educational, religious and government agencies.
Dopkins & Company is a proud member of RSM US Alliance, a premier affiliation of independent accounting and consulting firms in the United States, with more than 75 members in over 38 states, the Cayman Islands, and Puerto Rico. We accepted an invitation to become a member of RSM US Alliance because it is a natural fit with our commitment to our clients and our determination to stay at the forefront of developments affecting accounting and consulting firms today.
As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Dopkins is required to maintain strict adherence to professional quality control standards and submit to a peer review once every three years. The AICPA's goal of the program is to promote quality in the accounting and auditing services provided by its member firms.
