I would stay away from this firm. I used them for 2 years for personal and business accounting. After delving deeper into my accounting from them, I found several things missed, including my salary! This led to very hard to interpret profit and loss statements. My invoices were also odd and were vague on what I was being billed for. Costs changed from one year to the next with no explanation.
When I brought my concerns to one of the owners' attention, he became belligerent with me. I spoke to him about his conduct and he improved somewhat but when another issue arose, he became very rude and highly unprofessional in his tone and language. Even after switching to another accounting firm, the owner continued to reach out via text using highly inappropriate language to the point where I blocked his number on my cell.
I think anyone in this field requires accountability and professionalism in both their work and their conduct. German & Cohn is not a firm that can do this. my advice, find someone better suited to the job.
