They don't answer the phone or they transfer the line to say they can't help it this time I've been calling everyday for help and get absolutely no where!+ Why can't they just answer the phone, !

I need help on my with info from tax return. They won't answer the phone to set up an appointment and I can't get my info online. Four days of calling several times a day and they hang up saying "there are too many calls online". Morning noon and evening four days now. It won't even let me wait on hold to get in line or like anyone that actually cares for their customers they don't take a call back number or let me set up and appointment online. Also you can't walk in to set up and appointment. You are sent away at the door and told to call. Horrible.

Been trying to get my tax I field on March 22 2022 and it's may 12 2022 what the f is going on with y'all can so I call the irs number and it's a computer dumb stuff and it is still saying reviewing your taxes still what the f is going on I need help

Absolutely the worst "government" agency to call. They have reps who answer but can't assist and they transfer you to a deadline that always drops the call. Ridiculous. One would think with all the money they steal from us they could afford people to assist them with stealing it. Horrible.

They won't help or even try to explain how you can help them help you.unless your Hispanic

Tiffani Boston was of no help. Tiffani did not know what she's doing. Tiffani would not let me see a manager. This female is Rude. She made some smart comment; I just looked at her because I could tell she is ready to argue and fight. Then I just left. The customer service here is NONE!

Overall service is great. Took me 30 mins on the phone to get an appointment but I got it and it was in 3 days only. Then I was seen very fast at the office. The staff Ms Boston is very patient and explained things well. I think they did a great job.

I had an appointment scheduled at this location, but it was not for another 8 days. My 2017 tax returns needed to be stamped for a mortgage lender, ASAP. I was the first person in line and explained my situation to the person managing the line. Individuals with scheduled appointments were seen first. I was informed if I only needed to have my returns stamped and submitted, they would be able to assist me. Otherwise, all other requests would require a scheduled appointment.

I appreciate the staff accommodating me on such a short notice and I accomplished my goal. Please keep in mind this office is short staffed and they try to accommodate you if they can. This was my second attempt. I tried 4 days earlier at a different location and was unsuccessful. Thank you again.

There is absolutely nobody better in the game. Donald is ridiculously knowledgeable in all things tax and IRS related. Extremely nice, approachable and just an all around spectacular person. Quite simply, if you live in the a Houston area and you don’t choose him as your cpa, you are a stupid person.

I've been meaning to write a review! Don helped me out a butt ton! Last year IRS wanted me to pay back more that 3k for my Tax in 2014! I ended up paying less than $300 back rather than 3k. Don was able to take the time to pin point the issue and resolve it for me. Apparently, they needed documentation that I had paid my tuition. Which was ridiculous because how else would I have continued my classes the following semester. His response time is with 24 hours, he very good at what he does. He very helpful and goes that extra mile for you.

Donald was incredibly helpful in giving me a path forward on my tax issues and even more helpful in giving me piece of mind. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has ANY kind of tax issue!!! Thank you again!!!

Don Kozielski is a Godsend. After 2 decades - yes, 20 years - of trying to resolve my account with the IRS, including in person visits, 2 Offers in Compromise (both of which were rejected), payments and help from other accountants, he is handling this mess like the pro that he is and we are well on the way to an excellent resolution. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for everything he has done on my behalf.

Donald has represented me since 2006, and I've never met anyone besides him that just "knows what to do" when there's a problem with ones taxes. He also seems to be 2 steps ahead of me when I call, and has a way of putting you at ease when you are in panic mode. Amazing!

Don is the best tax CPA I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about you as a client. He is a great problem solver and communicator. I have been a client of his multiple years, and he does not take you for granted after you have started using him.
