My firm is different because:My focus is on small business accounting and contract controller services. I am not a tax preparer, so my services are not hindered by tax busy seasons. My continuing education focuses on small business accounting and technology solutions.
I spend many hours a week training with emerging accounting software geared toward small businesses. With the right set of tools, you can dramatically reduce the amount of time spent on accounting tasks. Other tools provide better information for decision making and provide access to your information from any computer.

Services
We provide law firms with the IOLTA reconciliation reporting required by the State Bar along with the financial and management reports needed to lead the firm. We provide AE firms with the project management and financial reports needed to manage the firm. Keeping an eye on backlog, work in progress, accounts receivable, and overhead are consistent priorities.

I just got off the phone with Paul--he was extremely helpful! I was referred to Paul by the Sleeter Group because they said he was an expert in software tools. He helped me narrow down the solutions that I should consider and gave me insight into what to look for and how to evaluate different tools. I met Paul about 2 years ago and partnered with him on my startup S corp. Paul was very helpful to me and my firm recently, when he advised me on how to set up an alternate solution to our office server. We were having trouble working through the set up recommended by our sales rep, and one e-mail from Paul made it clear. Paul proactively manages the accounting, IOLTA and trust reconciliations, payroll, and client invoicing needs for my firm and provides monthly financial statements. Invoices for my clients are often completed the same day I submit time sheets. He provides frequent suggestions for improving operations, is always prompt, and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate being able to focus on providing legal services while Paul handles the back office.

As a manager of payroll at our insurance company, I forward payroll details to Paul and he emails paystubs and direct deposits our paychecks to our bank accounts. With commissions and our paid time off policy, payroll can get complex and he explains things in a way that makes sense. Paul is detailed and I trust him to get back to me in a timely manner.
