Joe has designed, implemented and or audited manufacturing cost systems in both small and large companies from heavy machinery to plastic injection, from industrial concrete structures to textiles and footwear.

Mr. Wargo is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Specialist in Management Consulting. This means he is a full-service accounting, tax and business advisory professional. He worked with two of the so-called Big Four accounting firms as well as the Texas State Auditor's office and a local accounting firm. He has been a hands on Controller both locally and internationally and is fluent is Spanish.
