Hi Team, I am from India, caps is very good company and India head also very knowledgable person and very friendly, but I worked in one of the project there 2 teammates are Shamsher and Jubeir both are waste fellows. They don't know work and always scolding the teammates, if employees need medical leave also they won't give, I am really disappointed because of these teammates and quit from caps

So, I've been waiting on a check for an ADR session I did back in October. I called 4 times to have them cancel and reissue the check because who knows where these checks have been going (not to me or my agent). Today was call #4. I spoke to DEREK.This dude is a rockstar! He took the time to really listen and shared in my frustration about this whole process.
He told me to wait while he went back and forth with his supervisor until he was able to get me the help I needed. So now (hopefully), the check is being sent via direct deposit and not getting lost in the mail. Derek is the ONLY reason why y'all are getting more than 2 stars right now. It's weird because usually my checks get to me or my agent with no problem, but this one was a whole ordeal (and we have bills to pay and are actors aka poor).
So shout out to getting a professional on the phone because this whole game of hide and seek with my check was anything but. Thank you, Derek (y'all give him a raise or a bonus or something)

This company is racist. Do not I repeat do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional and do not treat everyone as equals. I suggest you call and ask how many POC they have in a management position. Please go anywhere else and do not support this company. They don't care about their customers and ignore complaints.

It's been going on 2 weeks trying to figure out why I didn't get paid for a job back in early December. Supervisor Kimberly is super unprofessional with never answering phone calls or replying back to voicemails. She gave me and my boss a run around and honestly someone who is that unprofessional does not need to be in charge of anyone's money. I got in contact with Virgil in the California office who helped me out but Kimberly still has not processed my direct deposit after filling out a form for a new check last week.
With the amazing help for the past two days of Roselyn Angilau my payment is finally being processed. She went above and beyond helping me out and making sure my problem was resolved. She is absolutely amazing and made sure to stay in constant contact with me. Thank you so much Roselyn for being so amazing at what you do!

My company uses them for payroll and very often I am paid late. That is illegal! No other job I've ever had, had this problem. I also just created an account on their website with my existing email, and the name and address on my account are different from my ACTUAL name and current address (name misspelled, address completely wrong). I was able to change my address, but can't correct my name. Yet my pay stubs come to my correct address and have my correct name. How are there mistakes like this?!?!

Utterly despicable customer service & inability to take due diligence in paperwork with final confirmations for any obvious errors, & then performing actual payroll duties in reaching out via text or phone for corrections. Proper ethics & respect for simply reissuing check errors are apparently beyond their capability.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nallyve De Leon was super helpful & super polite she answered all of my questions without a problem. She was very educated on what she was doing & was able to quickly help me solve my problem! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you very much & she deserves to be recognized because it's really hard to find good customer service now a days. No nobody told me to leave this review I chose to do it on my own because that's how satisfied I was after my call with Cast & Crew, again thank you!

They require changing your password on a regular basis. This isn't user friendly. Creates undue burden and waste of manpower dealing with password issues. Whatever program they use for start packet isn't iPhone friendly. I have no issues when doing Entertainment Partners payroll but have a ton of issues with Cast and Crew payroll.

Five stars for Representative Roza Mason. Her thoughtfulness towards my payroll situation was delightful. Roza displayed professional attitude when speaking with me. Also, had some difficulty in using my Chrome web browser in viewing their portal and she found a unique way to fix it. Very clever. Roza politely explained of how important every client was to her.
It was certainly a long workday for Roza, but she was not finished for the day until everyone on her call-list was consulted by her. She found my solution, let her find your solution. Job well done. Thank You, Roza Mason.

Five stars for Lissette Salazar at the Employee Help Desk. Being tax time, I understand wait times are long. I used the "call back" option each time I called. First time the rep called me back, the call got dropped & they didn't call me again : The second time a rep called me back, they transferred me to someone else's voicemail. Lissette called me back on my 3rd attempt and took care of business right away!
My W-2 reported more earnings than I had received. Lissette found the check in the amount of the difference, got me a copy of the check front/back, and also provided me with a copy of the check stub with payment details. She was FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. Thank you, Lissette!

In a panic I misplaced my W2s and to make matters worse forgot my password to access and reprint them from C&C. Christian Resendiz walked me through accessing my desperately needed W2s today. He was so helpful and very professional. Now I can rush out to send off my taxes - thank goodness for extensions!

Although their employees are super friendly, I am appalled that in order to make a correct a wrong Federal Is # made on my check stub, I was asked to email them on an UNSECURED EMAIL SERVER the following sensitive info: My first and last name, The last four digits of my Social Security number, My correct Federal ID number The incorrect federal ID number that was reported It's unconscionable that it is t mandatory for a company that deals with payroll/finances/money is not made to investing in a secure server in order to protect the publicist sensitive information.
I have been trying to reach a human being in the help desk Dept to see if there's another way I can send the information and only get a voice mail machine. So frustrating! I am going to send the info but I won't be surprised if I see Cast and Crew on Fox News or CNN anytime soon relating to a breach of customers sensitive information. Just outlandish.

I had great service from Christian Resendiz today. I moved two years ago and my checks were coming to my new address, but somehow my W-2 address didn't get changed. I made some errors in filling out the address change request and Christian worked with me to make sure everything was changed properly. I apologized for making him do extra work and he was very gracious in his response.

This company definitely needs to learn about customer service. The receptionist are very nice and great at patching you into voice mails but just not helpful to connect you with a live person. Trying to get a copy of W-2 and after 5 tries online and being successful completing request I received a notice that instructions would be emailed within an hour. It's been 3 hours and no instructions and can't speak to a live person besides the nice receptionists who tells me my telephone messages will be returned in 48 hours.

I'm having the exact same problem as the gentleman above as it pertains to reaching a member of the help desk. I've been calling, emailing and leaving voicemails for over a week now, to no avail. No one is answering the calls or responding to voicemails/emails for the help desk. Absolute radio silence. What's the deal? Can someone please get back in contact with me today?!
