First allow me to start by saying that this firm didn't aggressively solicit with the frequent annoying recorded calls like most of the other firms did when the IRS filed their judgement. I received a very informative letter from The Tax Defenders in which I responded to. George and his team were professional as well as polite from the start. They are very knowledgeable and answered questions every step of the way and was always available.

They were compassionate and flexible when it came to payments and arrangements. If ever there was a concern all we had to do was call to have it addressed.
