I contacted Craft & Company to do my taxes. I Initiated contact through Yelp, I received a response pretty quickly from Mr Craft with his number to reach out. And I did. And I did. And I did. The receptionist took my number and name several times (that was a fun story, I've never had anyone need me to say and spell C L A I R E six plus times- I finally told her I don't care what name she put down, just call me). No calls, nothing. Two Stars because at least I had contact from 2 humans.

My husband and I just moved to Tampa and were filing income from three states as well as starting a new business. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous about what the tax filing would look like. I met with Jeff Craft a few months before he filed our taxes and he gave me practical advice and forms to assist me in preparing for what we would need. Mr.
