After many years of been a loyal customer- when I questioned the 7k yearly accounting expense costs for small medical practice- Mr Aviles decided to interrupt accounting services without even a phone call to discuss our differences and perhaps come to an agreement! Felt betrayed - big time! Wow!- poor customer service/ lack of communication.
