Officially picked up my tax return paperwork yesterday I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Parker and his staff Everyone, from the receptionist with me setting up my appt, to the other two ladies in his office (forgive me, I didn't get any names!) to Mr. Parker's sit down initial appt were all pleasant. They treat you with great customer service My first time here, but see you all next year!

I had them prepare my return last year with no problems, simple and straightforward. This year they told me they can't do it. I spoke to Dennis and first I was told that they're swamped and don't have time. When I asked if they can do it at a different time given that it's only February, he told me they don't want to prepare my return and it's better we "move along". Really, I'm not kidding. Not sure what the problem is, but I would recommend you look elsewhere for your tax preparation services.

We have been using Dennis for our accounting services; personal and business taxes, for about 3 years now. We have been more than satisfied with the attention and care given to us. We feel the fees are right in line for the level of service we receive. One of the things we appreciate most is the mere fact that even smack dab of the tax season, we can call him and get the responses we need from him or his staff lickety split. We have since moved from Jefferson Park, but our Accounting needs stay with him!

Worst place ever. They did everything without asking me for information. We were going to pay 1500 and went to H&R and end up getting 2500. Now they want us to pay when we never submit or sign the taxes with them. Nobody charge unless the taxes are submited. The secretary is super disrespectful and can't answer questions wuthout getting mad.

We have been using Dennis to do our taxes and our financial planning for 20 years. He is a true professional, extremely helpful, accurate and up-to-date on the newest laws and regulations. Very accommodating to whatever your needs are. An all-around financial guru who is not only an excellent CPA but a great guy to work with and talk to. His office staff is helpful and nice, too. I've used Dennis Parker's service for both personal and business tax filing for more than 5 years. I love that the staff knows me as soon as I call or walk in - and they did that after meeting me the first time! Dennis is personable and reachable for questions both by email and phone. His staff is very knowledgeable. The fees are quite a bit higher than I had previously paid but the service is of a much higher caliber as well.

I have used this office for the past 2 two tax years. I was very disappointed this year in their service and communication with the customers. I felt that their fees were high. I understand that the business is paid based on how many forms they file on your behalf, but I feel some communication with the client along the way could have led to a significantly lower total price.
The accountant even admitted that the fees generated by the computer billing program were high based on say, a single entry on a particular form, but that was something that I had to bring to their attention. They did not notice it on their own. Unfortunately, I will be shopping around next year for a new CPA.
