We have been using Joe's services for Payroll for nearly 4 years now. Prices are great, Joe is such an upbeat and pleasant man who never shies away from answering questions. The phone gets picked up just about any time, even during the busy season and they are patient enough to answer our questions and get our payroll out in time. These guys are professional and courteous.

This man, his practice and in particular his son are horrible. They are mean, demeaning and blame you for any poor advice or miscommunication in their own firm. We CONSTANTLY had to explain one thing that was said to the son and one that the father said, as if they did not talk to each other. In the end they left us owning the government money without even hearing the full extent of our tax situation.

I wish I could give a negative rating, as we have to now use another accountant after 12+ months of them. They will call you names, say you called them names and are in general the junior varsity team.

What a horrible experience I had with this unprofessional tax preparer. I will not use his services again! He made a huge mistake on my income tax return. He also charges a horrendous amount of money for his services and I'm sorry but, the "services" he provides are not worth the amount he charges. BEWARE!
