Critical: Professionalism They did my fiances taxes and did not include our children so now IRS says we arent eligible for the child tax credit. Now amendments must be filed and postponing income that we need. They are not returning calks and I am consideting a lawsuit

I trust the two years I used her service that my taxes were done right and I got all the deductions I was entitled to. However, it was very expensive. I did itemize so I expected to pay more but it still ended up being around $450. ouch.
