If you are looking for an accounting firm to file your individual tax return, this is NOT the place. My husband and I were referred to Brian Boswell back in January of 2016. We met with him and went over all our accounts, rental property, etc. He filed the return and we got a refund. However, when we met with the person that referred us to him she discovered he had omitted an account.
This resulted in him filing an amendment. There was clearly a miscommunication somewhere and this account was left off - but instead of apologizing to us the clients, he placed 100% of the blame on us and offered no refunds, assistance, etc. He was flat out nasty. I realize mistakes happen, but it is all about how you get treated afterwards. We will not be using Scarf Pera again and I suggest you don't either.
