I had the misfortune of coming across this company. I worked there for about two months. In the two months that I was there more than half of the employees quit in one week. Not only did they evade my sick pay leave (Covid, which I got there) but I am now working with the department of labor on retrieving it. They also had bounced checks which my bank won't refund and a history of nonpayment.
You have to stay on top of watching your checks to be paid right and harass them for checks. If you take lunch 5 minutes over, they dock your pay (you sign in with a camera.) Absolutely abusive environment where you can't be yourself whatsoever and quotas are arbitrarily raised each day just because. I quit without having a new job but luckily found one that pays twice as much and where I'm not abused and micromanaged. Do yourself a favor.
