Ken is a principal at Myler & Szczypka, PC. Mr. Szczypka has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He has twenty five plus years of practical experience working with businesses which includes various client assignments with local, regional, and "Big 4" accounting firms.
Myler & Szczypka, P.C. formerly known as Myler & Associates, P.C. (the Company) began in May of 1989 when David Myler, left Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, and started a sole proprietorship with no clients. The Company first offered accounting, audit, tax and consulting services, specializing in providing services to small businesses.
The hours listed below are a work in progress. We are still adjusting to the new normal, more than a year into the pandemic. Our professionals are available via email, phone, online meetings, and video conferencing, Monday through Saturday during peak busy season, to continue to serve you. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an accounting firm. So unprofessional and disorganized it was not even funny. Used them for the last 2 years which was my mistake. First year everything was sent to the wrong email addresses and I didn't receive tax info for months after finally finding out they never even sent it out! Second year I asked if they could expedite them for a fee.
They said yes. A month later they finally were filed. After numerous phone calls and getting the run around they have finally been filed. Mind u that the taxes were already paid for because the said they were done and they cashed the checks. Never again will I go back to them or suggest then to anyone. Good luck to anyone who deals with this accounting firm.
