Do not use Jarrard Nowell & Russell in Summerville to do your taxes. My dad is nearly 80 years old and they took advantage of him after losing my mother last year. He is a military veteran, has an easy short form taxes, and they charged him $575. He paid it because he didn't know any better. Unbelievable that despicable people take advantage of elderly and even worse to do it to people who served honorably for our country.
