Of particular note, M&A provides an immediate response to all of our inquiries and there are no claim disputes, internally or externally. The process was smooth. We analyze historical payments across all systems to identify duplicate payments, overlapping bills, pricing errors, missed discounts and other types of overpayments. Our job doesn't stop at identification of overpayments. M&A manages the process with our Clients' suppliers to recover overpayments quickly.
