Carol Keane & Associates, CPAs is owned and operated by Carol Keane. Carol has over 30 years of experience specializing in tax planning, income tax return preparation for individuals and small business clients, including partnerships, corporations and LLCs. Carol received an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
A Certified Public Accountant, Cheryl has spent most of her career specializing in tax return preparation and tax planning for individuals, small businesses, partnerships and corporations. Her previous work experience includes a senior supervisory tax position at an international accounting firm as well as a managerial position in the tax department of a local accounting firm.
We are located in the Citibank building on the corner of California and Olympic Blvd. There is parking in the large parking structure (Olympic Place) next to the movie theatre. You can enter the parking garage from either California, Olympic or Locust Street. Go to the third (3rd) level of the garage which is marked in green.

I really don't like writing reviews but after what happened with this company I feel I have to let potential customers know. I would not recommend Ms. Keane to anyone. I submitted my tax information months prior to the due date and then I heard nothing. Weeks went by, I called multiple times to get updates and only heard that they were working on them.
The week prior to the due date I received no updates and had to call yet again. I was told I would have them well in advance so that I could review them properly and sign. Then I would get them by Friday. Nothing on Friday and no calls. Called them back and was told I would get them by the end of the day. Did not happen and got no call. On Monday I was told I would get them soon. Nothing.
I got my taxes to sign off the MORNING that they were due for the IRS. No apology, no update, no explanation. I literally had less than 6 hours to review my taxes prior to the hard deadline. I was at work and had to stop my job to try to go through and sign them. I just couldn't believe that a reputable company would do this to someone. Please, avoid my mistake and work with someone who doesn't blatantly lie to their customers.
